对球铁中上下贝氏体形态,尤其是贝氏体内部结构进行了观察与分析,发现贝氏体首先在石墨-奥氏体界面形核;380℃等温淬火形成的上贝氏体条片内也存在较多的残余奥氏体,并可能形成岛状贝氏体。
The upper and lower bainite morphology of ductile iron, especially the internal structure of bainite were observed and analyzed. It was found that the bainite nucleated first at the graphite-austenite interface. The upper bainite strip formed by isothermal quenching at 380 ℃ There are also more retained austenite, and may form island bainite.
