目的了解大一新生的心理健康状况,掌握新生的心理动态,为帮助新生尽快适应大学生活制定针对性的措施提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL—90)对我校2012级4157名新生进行了心理健康普查。结果大一新生的SCL-90各因子与全国常模相比均有显著性差异。在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、其他等7个因子上,女生得分显著高于男生。在躯体化、抑郁、敌对、恐怖和其他等5个因子上,文科类均显著高于理工科类。不同生源地的大一新生,在人际关系敏感、抑郁、恐怖、精神病性和其他等5个因子的得分上呈显著性差异。在家庭中出生顺序不同的新生在人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、其他等5个因子得分呈显著性差异。结论我校大学生心理健康状况总体上是良好的。这需要在积极心理学的理念指导下有针对性地开展新生的心理健康教育与干预工作。
Objective To understand the mental health status of freshmen and grasp the psychology of freshmen, to provide a basis for new students to adapt to college life as soon as possible to develop targeted measures. Methods A total of 4,157 new students at 2012 grade were enrolled in the Mental Health Survey using Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results Compared with the national norm, all the factors of SCL-90 in freshmen were significantly different. In somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror, and other seven factors, girls scored significantly higher than boys. In somatization, depression, hostility, terror and other five factors, the liberal arts were significantly higher than science and engineering. Freshmen from different places have significant differences in the scores of five factors such as interpersonal sensitivity, depression, horror, psychosis and others. The newborns with different birth orders in the family had significant differences in scores of five factors such as interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror and others. Conclusion The mental health of college students is generally good. This requires targeted psychology education and intervention under the guidance of the concept of positive psychology.
