根据大厂100号矿体特富矿石的特性,分别制定了“磁—浮—重”和“磁—重—浮—重”两个原则流程,并将“磁—浮—重”流程应用于生产,采用无氰浮选工艺进行铅锌分离。生产实践表明,该工艺流程简单、投资少、建设周期短,基本解决了锡石与硫化矿分选粒度差别较大的矛盾,获得较好的选矿指标。1995年1~6月累计,锡、铅、锌的回收率分别达到83.60%、79.47%和82.07%,并获得较好经济效益。扩大试验结果表明,采用射流离心选矿机处理锡石细泥,无污染、成本低、效益好,生产上拟采用。

Production practice shows that the process is simple, less investment, short construction period, the basic solution to the large differences between the classification of cassiterite and sulfide ore particle size, to obtain a better dressing index. From January to June in 1995, the recovery rates of tin, lead and zinc reached 83.60%, 79.47% and 82.07% respectively, and obtained good economic benefits. Expansion of the test results show that the use of jet centrifugal concentrator handling cassiterite, no pollution, low cost, good efficiency, the proposed production.
