目的:探讨分子印迹固相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测止咳平喘类中成药制剂中克伦特罗含量的效果。方法:选择止咳糖浆和祛痰平喘糖浆为样品,先进行分子印迹固相萃取,然后进行高效液相色谱法检测克伦特罗的含量。结果:克伦特罗在0.40~40.00μg·m L-1范围内具有良好的线性,方程为y=15.85x-2.6207,r=0.9999。色谱结果表明目标物与杂质得到了很好的分离,样品中克伦特罗加标回收率在96.0%以上、相对标准误差小于10.3,样品中克伦特罗含量明显小于药物中克伦特罗最大残留限量的规定。结论:分子印迹固相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测止咳平喘类中成药制剂中克伦特罗含量处理方法简便快速,回收率高,结果准确可靠,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of clenbuterol in the preparation of proprietary Chinese medicines for cough and asthma by molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: Cough syrup and expectorant asthma syrup were selected as the samples. The molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction was performed firstly, then the content of clenbuterol was detected by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Clenbuterol had a good linearity in the range of 0.40 ~ 40.00 μg · m L-1 with the equation y = 15.85x-2.6207 and r = 0.9999. The chromatographic results showed that the target and impurity were well separated. The recovery of clenbuterol was above 96.0% and the relative standard deviation was less than 10.3. The content of clenbuterol in the sample was obviously lower than that of clenbuterol Maximum residue limits. Conclusion: The molecularly imprinted SPE-HPLC method for the determination of clenbuterol in cough and asthma class of Chinese patent medicines is simple, rapid, and high in recovery rate. The results are accurate and reliable and should be popularized and applied.
