生物膜载体填充率是影响移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)性能的关键因素。采用聚氨酯海绵作为生物膜载体,分析了不同填充率下MBBR工艺同步硝化反硝化(SND)的脱氮性能,以及生物膜载体上生物量的变化特征。试验结果表明,当填充率分别为10%、20%和30%时,对TOC和NH_4~+-N的去除效果无显著差别,去除率分别均在93%和95%以上,但填充率为20%的略高,并且3种填充率条件下对TN的去除率分别为(77.2±7.4)%、(85.5±9.3)%以及(86.7±9.9)%,SND效率分别为(85.5±8.7)%、(91.3±9.4)%和(93.3±10.2)%。可见,脱氮率随填充率的增加而增大,但20%和30%填充率时没有明显差异。而对于载体上生物量生长来说,填充率为20%时单位质量海绵上的生物量最高。综合考虑,以聚氨酯海绵为生物膜载体的MBBR反应器最佳填充率为20%。
Biofilm carrier filling rate is a key factor affecting the performance of moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR). Using polyurethane sponge as biofilm carrier, the denitrification performance of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) of MBBR with different filling rates and the change characteristics of biomass on biofilm carrier were analyzed. The results showed that the removal efficiencies of TOC and NH_4 ~ + -N were not significantly different when the filling rates were 10%, 20% and 30% respectively, and the removal efficiencies were above 93% and 95% respectively, but the filling rates were 20%, and the TN removal efficiencies were (77.2 ± 7.4)%, (85.5 ± 9.3)% and (86.7 ± 9.9)%, respectively, with SND efficiencies of (85.5 ± 8.7) %, (91.3 ± 9.4)% and (93.3 ± 10.2)% respectively. It can be seen that the denitrification rate increases with the filling rate, but there is no obvious difference between 20% and 30% filling rate. For biomass growth on a vector, the biomass per unit mass of sponge was the highest at 20% filling. Taken together, polyurethane sponge biofilm carrier MBBR reactor best filling rate of 20%.
