渤海湾生产支持基地建设项目是一项大型的综合性工程,合同管理贯穿于整个项目建设过程中,其管理水平的高低将直接影响项目的成功与否。文章介绍了该项目合同管理的方式和方法,包括合理划分工程标段、采用工程量清单招标、设定拦标价进行投资控制等,分析了合同管理过程中潜在的风险,最后对合同管理工作提出了一些建议。
The construction project of Bohai Bay production support base is a large-scale comprehensive project. The contract management runs through the construction of the whole project.
