技术管理在企业管理中占有极其重要的地位,其水平高低决定着企业的兴衰存亡。本文用系统科学作指导,分析了企业技术管理的系统特性,说明了企业技术系统是一个非平衡开放系统,企业技术管理的任务应促使它成为稳定有序的耗散结构。为此,必须顺应外界环境变化,合理调整优化企业技术管理组织结构模式,综合运用先进的管理方法,提高企业技术管理水平。本文分析了矩阵式管理的优越性,并以实例证实其效果。
Technical management occupies an extremely important position in enterprise management, and its level determines the rise and fall of the enterprise. This article uses system science as a guide to analyze the system characteristics of enterprise technology management, and shows that enterprise technology system is a non-balanced open system. The task of enterprise technology management should promote it to become a stable and orderly dissipative structure. Therefore, we must comply with changes in the external environment, rationally adjust and optimize the organizational structure of enterprise technology management, and comprehensively use advanced management methods to improve the level of technological management. This paper analyzes the superiority of matrix management and demonstrates its effectiveness in practical terms.
