无线网络传输数据的带宽较窄,制约了无人值守变电站基于无线通信环境下图像监控系统的应用。而图像监控中,通常只对一个或几个区域感兴趣,为了适应目前的网络状况,应用了JPEG2000中感兴趣区域(ROI)编码技术,对感兴趣区域进行无损压缩,对其他区域进行有损压缩,明显地降低了图像的平均码率,使图像能够高效地传送给调度中心以便对现场设备的运行状态进行监控。实验结果表明,该方法很好地解决了压缩比和图像质量之间的矛盾,有效地缓解了传输数据量与网络带宽的矛盾,提高了图像的实时性传输。
The bandwidth of wireless network transmission data is narrow, which restricts the application of unmanned substation image monitoring system based on wireless communication environment. In image monitoring, only one or several regions are usually interested. In order to adapt to the current network conditions, JPEG2000 ROI coding technique is applied to perform lossless compression on the region of interest and to degrade the other regions Compression significantly reduces the average bit rate of the image, so that the image can be efficiently transmitted to the dispatch center in order to monitor the operation status of the field devices. Experimental results show that this method can well solve the contradiction between compression ratio and image quality, effectively reduce the contradiction between the amount of data transmitted and the network bandwidth, and improve the real-time image transmission.
