乌饭树叶提取液中总糖的几种脱蛋白方法的比较研究

本实验以总糖损失率和脱蛋白率为指标,通过对几种脱蛋白方法的比较优化出乌饭树提取液较好的脱蛋白方法。选用三氯乙酸法、盐酸法和Sevag法三种常见方法,分别对提取液进行脱蛋白处理,比较可知Sevag法效果较好,为提取液的纯化提供一定的参考。 In this experiment, the total sugar loss rate and deproteination rate were used as indicators to optimize the deproteinization method of Wujinshu extract by comparison of several deproteinization methods. Trichloroacetic acid method, hydrochloric acid method and Sevag method were used for the three common methods. The extracts were deproteinized. The comparison showed that the Sevag method was effective and provided a reference for the purification of the extract.
