目的探讨12-羟基二十碳四烯酸(12-HETE)在T2DM合并冠心病(CHD)中的作用。方法测定109例T2DM非CHD患者(T2DM)组,152例T2DM合并CHD患者(CHD)组和103名健康对照者(NC)组的12-HETE水平。结果 T2DM组和CHD组的12-HETE水平高于NC组(P<0.01),且CHD组高于T2DM组(P<0.01)。T2DM组和CHD组的12-HETE均与Gensini积分相关(r=0.430,P=0.001;r=0.371,P=0.001)。结论 12-HETE可能与糖尿病合并CHD的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the role of 12-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (12-HETE) in T2DM with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The level of 12-HETE in 109 T2DM non-CHD patients, 152 T2DM patients with CHD and 103 healthy controls (NC) were determined. Results The levels of 12-HETE in T2DM group and CHD group were higher than those in NC group (P <0.01), and those in CHD group were higher than those in T2DM group (P <0.01). 12-HETE in both T2DM and CHD groups was associated with Gensini scores (r = 0.430, P = 0.001; r = 0.371, P = 0.001). Conclusions 12-HETE may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetes complicated with CHD.
