采用单因素方差分析等方法,进行不同VE含量的饲料投喂试验研究,以观察其对红螯螯虾繁殖性能的影响。结果表明,红螯螯虾雌虾增重率、性腺指数、单个虾抱卵卵重、单个虾抱卵数量、单个卵卵重及孵化率均以饲料3组最高,以上指标分别为(30.42±1.55)%、6.55±1.10、(2.86±0.11)g、(563±18)ind、(5.08±0.09)mg/ind和(45.53±3.88)%。各组受精卵中,必需氨基酸的总量、总脂的湿重和干重也以饲料3组最高,分别为(37.23±0.0207)%、(18.55±1.14)%和(31.69±1.04)%。无论中性脂还是磷脂中,各组受精卵的脂肪酸组成基本相同,均以C16∶0、C16∶1、C18∶1ω9和C18∶2ω6为主;另饲料3组中C20∶4的含量较低,而C20∶5ω3和C22∶6ω3的含量较高。说明饲料中VE含量为(0.0192±0.0023)%时可明显提高红螯螯虾的繁殖性能。VE主要是通过提高红螯螯虾受精卵的质量,而进一步提高胚胎发育的成活率和孵化率。
One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and other methods were used to study the feedstuffs with different VE content in order to observe their effects on reproductive performance of chelataria. The results showed that the weight gain rate, gonadal index, egg weight of single shrimp, number of single egg shrimp, egg weight and hatching rate of single shrimp were the highest in feed group 3, the above indexes were (30.42 ± 1.55) %, 6.55 ± 1.10, (2.86 ± 0.11) g, (563 ± 18) ind, (5.08 ± 0.09) mg / ind and (45.53 ± 3.88)% respectively. In each group of fertilized eggs, the total amount of essential amino acids, the total fat wet weight and the dry weight were also the highest in feed 3 groups, which were (37.23 ± 0.0207)%, (18.55 ± 1.14)% and (31.69 ± 1.04)%, respectively. No matter neutral lipid or phospholipid, the fatty acid composition of each group of fertilized eggs were basically the same, with C16: 0, C16: 1, C18: 1ω9 and C18: 2ω6 as the main; other feed 3 groups C20: 4 content was lower , While the content of C20: 5ω3 and C22: 6ω3 is higher. The results showed that the feed VE content (0.0192 ± 0.0023)% can significantly improve the performance of red crayfish breeding. VE mainly enhances the survival rate and hatching rate of embryo development by improving the quality of fertilized eggs of chelataria.
