介绍了一种新型的特殊爪型干式真空泵的容积利用系数。根据啮合原理 ,提出了计算机模拟创成方法并同其它爪型干式真空泵的容积利用系数做出了比较。研究表明 ,特殊爪型干式真空泵与单爪型干式真空泵相比 ,在同样结构参数下 (泵腔尺寸或中心距 ) ,对于不同的形状系数 ,容积利用系数提高了 14 %~ 5 6 % ;特殊爪型干式真空泵与双爪型干式真空泵相比 ,在保证转子强度许可和同样结构参数 (泵腔尺寸或中心距 )下 ,对于不的形状系数 ,容积利用系数提高了 1.4 %~ 2 4 .4 %。所以 ,我们得出结论 ,(1)利用新型的特殊爪型转子 ,我们可以在结构尺寸相同时获得更大的抽速 ;(2 )本文提出的计算机模拟创成法 ,对于加快研制开发新的真空泵或压缩机转子型线 ,具有一定的实际意义
The volumetric utilization factor of a new type of special claw dry vacuum pump is introduced. According to the principle of meshing, a method of computer simulation was proposed and compared with the volumetric utilization factor of other claw-type dry vacuum pumps.
