目的:萘普生溶解度较小,因此研究如何提高其溶解度在应用上有实际意义。方法:用紫外分光光度法确定在不同浓度的阿斯匹林溶液中萘普生的浓度。结果:随着阿斯匹林浓度的增大萘普生的溶解度增大,且呈线性。其线性回归方程为:CN= 2.3487×10- 1CA- 8.3286×10- 6相关系数|r|= 0.9985。结论:阿斯匹林对萘普生有增溶作用。其作用机制是阿斯匹林与萘普生分子之间有弱的氢键生成。从而使两者形成一种分子复合物。
OBJECTIVE: Naproxen is less soluble, so it is of practical significance to study how to improve its solubility. Methods: The concentration of naproxen in different concentrations of aspirin solution was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: As the aspirin concentration increased, the solubility of naproxen increased and was linear. The linear regression equation is: CN = 2.3487 × 10-1CA- 8.3286 × 10- 6 correlation coefficient | r | = 0.9985. Conclusion: Aspirin has a solubilization effect on naproxen. Its mechanism of action is the formation of weak hydrogen bonds between aspirin and naproxen molecules. So that the two form a molecular complex.
