目的:探讨茶及茶加锌对小鼠的耐缺氧和脂质过氧化的影响.方法:小鼠100只随机分为8组,(1)灌胃自来水组、(2)灌茶水组、(3)灌锌水组,(4)灌茶加锌水组.(5~8)组与(1~4)同样处理,15d后测小鼠的游泳时间、耐缺氧时间及血清、肝脏的脂质过氧化指标.结果:锌和茶加锌组小鼠的游泳时间分别为(41±31)min,(46±31)min,明显高于灌胃自来水组(26±21)min,P<0.01).茶、锌和茶加锌小鼠的耐缺氧时间分别为(23±3)min,(25±3)min,(27±3)min,明显高于灌胃自来水组(20±2)min,P<0.05或P<0.01.各组间小鼠的肝匀浆MDA和SOD活性没有显著性差别.心脏匀浆MDA和SOD的活性,茶和锌MDA含量分别为(13±5)μmol/g,(14±7)μmol/g,显著低于灌胃自来水组(22±11)μmol/g,P<0.01.SOD活性茶加锌组下降最低.结论:锌及茶加锌能够延长小鼠的游泳时间,茶、锌及茶加锌能够延长耐缺氧时间.能够降低心脏匀浆的MDA水平.对提高小鼠的体力耐力和抗氧化有一定作用.
Objective: To investigate the effects of tea and tea plus zinc on hypoxia tolerance and lipid peroxidation in mice. Methods: One hundred mice were randomly divided into 8 groups: (1) gastric perfusion group, (2) tea infusion group, (3) irrigation zinc group, and (4) tea plus zinc group. (5 ~ 8) group and (1 ~ 4) the same treatment, after 15 days the swimming time of mice, hypoxia tolerance time and serum, liver lipid peroxidation indicators. Results: The swimming time in zinc and tea plus zinc groups was (41 ± 31) min and (46 ± 31) min, respectively, which was significantly higher than that in gavage group (26 ± 21) min, P <0.01). The hypoxia tolerance time of the zinc, zinc and tea plus zinc mice was (23 ± 3) min, (25 ± 3) min and (27 ± 3) min, respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the rats fed with tap water (20 ± 2) min , P <0.05 or P <0.01. There was no significant difference in the activities of MDA and SOD in the liver homogenates of mice in each group. The activities of MDA and SOD in heart homogenate were (13 ± 5) μmol / g and (14 ± 7) μmol / g, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in gavage water group (22 ± 11) μmol / g, P <0.01. SOD activity of tea plus zinc group decreased the lowest. Conclusion: Zinc and tea plus zinc can prolong the swimming time of mice. Tea, zinc and tea plus zinc can prolong the hypoxia tolerant time. Can reduce cardiac homogenate MDA levels. To improve the physical endurance and antioxidant mice have a role.
