为降低钢球磨煤机在运行过程中筒体产生的噪声,提出将泡沫铝用于球磨机筒体,依据原有结构设计了泡沫铝层合结构筒体,用声学软件Virtual.Lab对两种筒体内的声场进行声学边界元分析,得出两种结构筒体内壁声压分布图并进行比较。结果表明,泡沫铝层合结构筒体在降噪方面优越于原型筒体。
In order to reduce the noise generated by the barrel during operation of the ball mill, it is proposed that the aluminum foam be used in the barrel of the ball mill. The foam aluminum laminated structure cylinder is designed according to the original structure. With the acoustic software Virtual.Lab, Acoustic boundary element analysis of the sound field in vivo shows that the sound pressure distributions of the two kinds of structural cylinder inner walls are compared and compared. The results show that the foam aluminum laminated structure cylinder is superior to the prototype cylinder in terms of noise reduction.
