为探讨bcl-2基因与鼻咽癌发生的关系,采用分子原位杂交和免疫组化技术,检测41例鼻咽癌组织中bcl-2基因的两个断裂热点和蛋白表达。结果:41例鼻咽癌发生bcl-2基因断裂者4例,阳性率为9.8%,34例出现bcl-2蛋白阳性表达,阳性率为82.9%;鼻咽良性病变为阴性。bcl-2基因断裂和蛋白表达与鼻咽癌组织学分级间无明显关系;bcl-2蛋白表达与bcl-2基因断裂间无相对应关系。提示:bcl-2基因断裂在鼻咽癌发生过程中的作用有限;bcl-2蛋白异常表达可能与鼻咽上皮的癌变有关。
To investigate the relationship between bcl-2 gene and the occurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, two hot spots and two proteins of bcl-2 gene were detected in 41 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by molecular in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry. Results: In 41 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 4 cases had bcl-2 gene disruption, the positive rate was 9.8%. The bcl-2 protein positive expression was found in 34 cases, the positive rate was 82.9%. The nasopharyngeal benign lesion was negative. There was no significant relationship between bcl-2 gene cleavage and protein expression and nasopharyngeal carcinoma histological grading. There was no correlation between bcl-2 protein expression and bcl-2 gene disruption. Tip: The role of bcl-2 gene in the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is limited; the abnormal expression of bcl-2 protein may be related to the carcinogenesis of nasopharyngeal epithelium.
