铸造用芯撑表面防锈层的研究与应用

文中对几种表面防锈层的芯撑进行了试验和研究,找出了用重铬酸钾和亚硝酸钠水溶液防锈的新途径,取代较贵重的锡。处理方法简便,防锈效果良好,保证铸件优质而无缺陷,还可节约较多的锡和熔化锡所用的焦碳和电能,经济效果十分显著。文中还对芯撑的除锈、防锈处理、防锈机理,以及浇注试验和生产验证的结果进行了说明和分析。 In this paper, several kinds of surface anti-rust layer of the core brace were tested and studied to identify a new way of rust with potassium dichromate and sodium nitrite solution instead of more expensive tin. The treatment method is simple, the anti-rust effect is good, the quality of the casting is ensured without defects, the coke and electric energy used by more tin and melted tin can be saved, and the economic effect is very remarkable. The paper also described the core support rust, rust treatment, rust-proof mechanism, as well as the results of pouring test and production verification were described and analyzed.
