拉刀和其他刀具一样,要求通过热处理获得高的硬度、耐磨性以及足够的塑性和韧性。但由于拉刀大都是细长件,在热处理过程中的变形,开裂以及校直时被压断,成为热处理的关键问题.高速钢拉刀采用一次贝氏体等温淬火,即高温加热以后在600℃和400℃二次分级冷却,然后在270℃等温2小时,空冷并清洗后冷校直。与马氏体淬火法相比,在都获得HRC63以上的硬度条件下,贝氏体等温淬火的韧性好,拉刀的变形小,而且容易校直。因为是在清洗后室温下校直,劳动条件好,测量误差亦小,基本上不产生校直时压断现象。
Broaches, like other tools, require high hardness, wear resistance and adequate ductility and toughness through heat treatment. However, due to the broaches are mostly elongated pieces, deformation, cracking and straightening heat treatment process was crushed to become the key issue of heat treatment. High-speed steel broach bainite isothermal quenching, that is, after high temperature heating at 600 ℃ and 400 ℃ secondary classification cooling, and then at 270 ℃ isothermal 2 hours, air-cooled and washed after cold straightening. Compared with the martensite quenching method, all obtained HRC63 hardness conditions, austenitizing bainite toughness, broach deformation is small, and easy to align. Because it is straightened at room temperature after cleaning, working conditions are good, the measurement error is small, basically does not produce straightening phenomenon.
