事业单位绩效评价工作是事业单位管理的重要组成部分。本文在考察事业单位绩效评价中信息不对称问题的产生原因和危害的基础之上,通过分析事业单位绩效评价参与主体之间的利益关系,发现事业单位绩效评价工作中的信息不对称问题可以通过一些制度创新加以解决,并提出了相应的机制设计建议。
