在卫生防疫站人才管理工作中.常常用政治思想“好、坏”,工作能力“强、弱”,学术水平“高、低”,平时成绩“显著、不显著”来描述一个卫生技术人员,作出“基本符合,原则同意”的估价,然而好与坏、高与低、强与弱、显著与不显著都是模糊的概念,从属定性的不可比性质,缺乏明确的定量特征,本文试提出模糊数学模型的设想,通过对模糊概念的定量表示,概括综合,推理判断来评审中级卫生技术职务,从而得出比较客观而清晰的结论,实践中是否可行,需作进一步探讨。方法步骤模糊数学评审模型的设计:
