“夹钎焊刷镀”是经过镀铜后用锡铋合金进行钎焊的一种快速修复方法。这种方法的特点是:材料来源广,方法简单,修理费用少,修复时间短,适用于不具备电刷镀条件的单位快速修复机床导轨。我厂采用这种方法对几种机床导轨进行修复,取得了良好效果。 一、“夹钎焊刷镀”原理 锡铋合金是一种具有“冷胀特性”的有色金属合金,熔点低,钎焊性好,刮削加工容易。将锡铋合金加热至熔点以上,注入需修复部位,冷却膨胀后即镶嵌在修复部位,达到简易修复的目的。但是,一般机床导轨均由铸铁材料制成,其表面有大量游离碳,妨碍了锡铋合金与基体的结合。锡铋合金在基体上几乎没有铺展,在表面张力的作用下锡铋合金熔化后成一扁球形保持在原位,冷却后用手一碰就掉,结合强度不
