甲基异柳磷系华中师范大学农药所合成的一种新型有机磷杀虫剂。我们在对其系统毒理学研究的基础上,和用离体肝脏为模型,对甲基异柳磷在肝内的代谢进行了初步探讨。 一、材料与方法 1.动物:本室繁殖的纯系Wistar雄性大鼠(230~250g)14只,随机分为两组,每组7只,对照组为进行离体肝脏灌流组,实验组在离体灌流30分钟后.将甲基异柳磷(21.52mg/kg体重)灌流于介质中。 2.离体肝脏灌流:灌流系统参照张滋法自制,灌流介质为含有0.15%葡萄塘的Krebs-Rin-ger碳酸氢盐缓冲液,pH7.0~7.2。手术操作要
Methyl isoflurane is a new kind of organophosphorus insecticide synthesized by pesticide of Huazhong Normal University.
