目的:建立同时测定栀子黄柏口服液中盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用反相离子对高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(55:45)(每100 ml加十二烷基硫酸钠0.2 g):流速为1.0 ml.min~(-1);检测波长为345 nm;进样量为10μ1;枉温为室温。结果:盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱分别在2.04~102.00μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9)和1.63~81.36μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9)范围内与各自峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.71%和99.42%,RSD分别为2.46%和2.61%(n=6)。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,可用于栀子黄柏口服液中盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Zhizi Huangbai oral solution. Methods: Reversed-phase ion-pair HPLC was used. The column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution 100 ml plus sodium lauryl sulfate 0.2 g): flow rate of 1.0 ml.min ~ (-1); detection wavelength was 345 nm; injection volume was 10μ1; Results: Palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride were in the range of 2.04-102.00 μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9) and 1.63-81.36 μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9) The linear regression curves showed good linear relationship with their peak areas. The average recoveries were 99.71% and 99.42%, respectively, with RSDs of 2.46% and 2.61%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate and can be used to determine the content of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Fructus Gardeniae Oral Liquid.
