快速、灵活与稳定是衡量一个生产系统是否高效的三个重要指标。如何做到三者俱全,取决于系统设计的柔性。生产系统的柔性是指系统对异常现象的应变能力,柔性的优劣往往会直接关系到企业精益改革的成败。本文将从多品种少批量制造环境下精益生产方式实施过程中的若干现实问题出发,以系统柔性为切入点,分别从生产控制模式、组织管理、库存调度等方面进行探讨,并提出改进生产运作系统柔性的方法,构建一套适用于多品种少批量制造环境的快速、灵活与稳定的精益生产系统。该系统已成功运用于新加坡某制造企业。
Fast, flexible and stable are three important indicators to measure whether a production system is efficient. How to achieve all three depends on the flexibility of system design. The flexibility of production system refers to the resilience of the system to abnormal phenomena. The advantages and disadvantages of flexibility often have a direct bearing on the success or failure of lean enterprise reform. This article will proceed from the practical problems in the implementation of lean manufacturing in a multi-species and low-volume manufacturing environment. Taking the system flexibility as the starting point, this paper will discuss the production control mode, organization and management, inventory scheduling and other aspects, and propose to improve the production operation System-flexible approach to building a fast, flexible and stable lean manufacturing system that is suitable for multi-species, low-volume manufacturing environments. The system has been successfully applied to a manufacturing company in Singapore.
