胸苷激酶1(thymidine kinase 1,TK1)是DNA补救合成途径的限速酶,在ATP的参与下催化脱氧胸苷(TDR)磷酸化为脱氧1-磷酸胸苷酸(dTMP),参与细胞周期调控和细胞增殖。TK1是一种灵敏有效的评估肿瘤细胞增殖的标记物,可用于肿瘤早期筛查、疗效评估和预后判断等。另外TK基因参与合成“自杀基因”药物也被应用于肿瘤的治疗。
Thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) is a rate-limiting enzyme in the DNA rescue and synthesis pathway. It catalyzes the phosphorylation of deoxythymidine (TDR) to deoxy-1-phospho-thymidylate (dTMP) Regulation and cell proliferation. TK1 is a sensitive and effective marker for assessing tumor cell proliferation and can be used for early tumor screening, efficacy evaluation and prognostic judgment. In addition TK gene involved in the synthesis of “suicide gene ” drugs have also been applied to the treatment of cancer.
