以黄金梨为试材,研究不同贮藏温度和气体组分对黄金梨贮藏期内的可溶性固形物、Vc、还原糖、总糖、可滴定酸、多酚、丙二醛(MDA)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性等指标的影响,统计了贮藏210d后各处理的贮藏效果。黄金梨在贮藏150d内的结果表明:Vc和可滴定酸含量不断下降;多酚和MDA含量在贮藏初期逐渐升高,贮藏后期上升极快;还原糖、总糖和可溶性固形物含量在贮藏初期升高很快,贮藏后期逐渐下降;PPO活性则呈先降低后升高的总体变化;3%~5%的低O2气调配合0℃低温贮藏能显著抑制黄金梨的衰老进程,贮藏210d后,好果率达84.88%以上,果实失质量率仅为3.75%。
The effects of different storage temperature and gas composition on soluble solids, Vc, reducing sugar, total sugar, titratable acid, polyphenol, malondialdehyde (MDA), polyphenol Oxidase (PPO) activity and other indicators of the impact of statistical storage after 210d storage of the results of the treatment.
