利用长富２苹果试管苗进行生根试验研究结果表明，先暗培养一周，然后在２５～３０℃、２０００～３０００ｌｘ的光照强度、每天光照１２ｈ的条件下培养，最适宜生根的培养基为１／２ＭＳ－肌醇＋０．５ｍｇ／ＬＩＡＡ＋１ｍｇ／ＬＩＢＡ＋２０ｇ／Ｌ蔗糖，生根率在９５％以上。
The results of rooting experiments using Changfu 2 apple plantlet showed that the best medium for rooting was 1/2-day culture under the conditions of 25 ~ 30 ℃, 2000 ~ 3000lx light intensity and 12h light per day. 2MS-myo-inositol + 0.5mg / L IAA + 1mg / LIBA + 20g / L sucrose, rooting rate above 95%.
