倾听作为人与人之间的一种交流方式,能够体现自己对他人的尊重、欣赏、宽容、关爱和理解的友好态度。作为一名班主任,学会倾听学生的问题和想法,这样既能够体现教师对学生体贴入微的关心和爱护,又能增进与学生之前的交流。班主任要学会放低身段与学生做朋友,与学生之间进行平等的倾听和倾诉,这样学生才有可能对班主任产生信任,积极、高效地完成班主任布置的班级日常工作。一、管理性倾听——完善班级管理制度
