患者,女,50岁,住院号:10426。因反复抽搐、胸痛、头晕2天,于2000年4月26日入院。患者于2天前中午与家人3人误食有鼠特灵药的红薯汤,5分钟后出现抽搐,口吐白痰,眼球上视,呕吐(余2人食后仅出现呕吐),每天抽搐6～8次,每次1～2分钟,伴有胸痛、头晕、表情淡漠。经在当地医院洗胃等处理后,抽搐、呕吐基本控制而转入我院。既往否认癫痫及外伤病史。查体:T36.6℃,P86次/min,R20次/min,BP140/70mmHg。神志清,双瞳孔等圆,直径约3mm,对光反射灵敏。颈软,双肺未闻罗音,叩心界不大,HR 86次/min,律齐,心音低钝,心尖区可闻SM2/6,未引出病理性神经反射。查心电图:胸
