《语文课程标准》中指出:“写作要感情真挚,力求表达自己对自然、社会、人生的独特感受和真切体验。”的确,写作的过程往往是表达个人独特思想情感的过程。对于如花似玉年龄段的学生而言,他们的内心是一个丰富多彩的世界,包含着许多梦想和渴望,承载着无数的眼泪和忧伤。翻看一篇篇作文,走进学生的内心世界,我们可以发现,没有一种风景比心灵的风景更美丽,没有一种风暴比心中的飓风更强烈,没有一片废墟比心底的落寞更荒凉。面对这样一个丰富多彩的精神世界,教师应该担任怎样的角色呢?一、真诚的倾听者青春固然是美好的,有激动、快乐、兴奋,但也有《麦田里的守望者》中霍尔顿似的苦闷、孤独、忧郁、伤感。学生在作文中流露出苦闷与矛盾时,教师绝对不能熟视无睹,要担当起朋友的角色来倾听,用那满蘸着真情的笔墨与他们交流,去抚慰和疏导,使他们以最快的速度摆脱困境。
