由于影像学方法探查前列腺癌的不足，使得随机前列腺活检依然是诊断前列腺癌的金标准。为了减少活检针数进而减少活检相关并发症的危险性，一种可靠的影像学技术引导活检是非常必要的。经直肠实时弹性成像已经在某种程度上显示了对前列腺癌灶的显示能力，另外，相对于传统的二维超声它提供了前列腺组织的硬度信息。本文阐述了相关弹性成像随着技术的进步而出现的一些最主要的研究。并且概括性的介绍了它探查前列腺癌及引导前列腺活检的能力。“,”Due to lack of imaging method for detecting prostate cancer ,making random prostate biopsy is still the gold standard for the diagnosis of prostate cancer .To reduce the number of cores during a biopsy and the risk of biopsy‐related complications ,an imaging technology ,which provides reliable guided biopsies ,is required .Transrectal real‐time elastog‐raphy has somehow the ability to display prostate cancer .In addition ,compared with the traditional ultrasound ,it provide prostates tissue hardness information .This paper describes some of the major research related to elastography along with the progress of technology .
