目的:观察杏仁核内微量注射环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和腺苷三磷酸(ATP)对睡眠和觉醒的影响。方法:多导睡眠描记。结果:cAMP可减少觉醒(W),缩短入睡潜伏期(SWS1),增加慢波睡眠(SWS)和总睡眠时间(TST);ATP对睡眠无显著影响。结论:外源性cAMP可促进睡眠,抑制觉醒;杏仁核是睡眠觉醒周期调节的重要部位。
Objective: To observe the effect of microinjection of cAMP and ATP on sleep and wakefulness in amygdala. Methods: Polysomnography. Results: cAMP decreased awakening (W), shortened the latency to go to sleep (SWS1), increased SWS and total sleep time (TST); ATP had no significant effect on sleep. Conclusion: Exogenous cAMP can promote sleep, inhibit awakening; amygdala is an important part of sleep-wake cycle regulation.
