在移动式余热利用实验系统基础上,对移动式余热利用系统的实际应用规模进行了成本和收益估算。通过两项经济性指标(净现值和投资回收期)进行了系统经济性的分析研究,并结合蓄热器充热时间、热源距离、余热价格等因素进行了项目的敏感性分析。结果表明,对于案例中的移动式余热利用项目,当余热成本发生变化时折现率取7%、10%、12%和15%时,对应项目在系统运行年限内的净现值大于零。根据余热成本的不同,在4种折现率情况下最长的投资回收期分别为13 a、9 a、11 a和15 a。上述经济性指标表明案例中的移动式余热利用项目从经济性上考虑是可行的。蓄热器充热时间和热源距离对项目经济性的影响程度基本相同,均大于余热价格对项目经济性的影响。该经济性研究为移动式余热利用项目的决策提供了参考依据。
Based on the experimental system of mobile waste heat utilization, the cost and benefit estimation of the practical application scale of mobile waste heat recovery system are carried out. Through the two economic indicators (net present value and payback period) conducted a systematic analysis of the economy, combined with the heat storage time, heat source distance, heat price and other factors of the project sensitivity analysis. The results show that the net present value of the corresponding project during the operating life of the system is greater than zero when the discount rate is 7%, 10%, 12% and 15% when the cost of waste heat changes. According to the cost of waste heat, the longest payback periods for the four discount rates are 13 a, 9 a, 11 a and 15 a, respectively. The above economic indicators show that the case of mobile waste heat recovery project is economically feasible. The impact of heat storage time and heat source distance on project economy are basically the same, which are all greater than the effect of waste heat price on project economy. This economic study provides a reference for the decision-making of mobile waste heat utilization projects.
