赛前训练是比赛的专门准备与训练阶段,是运动员在比赛期能够达到最佳竞技状态的重要阶段,对运动员比赛能力的提高有直接的关系。赛前训练的任务是要把运动员已获得和已具备的运动竞技能力,通过赛前训练更好地表现出来,形成最佳竞技状态和最高竞技能力,保证运动员在重大比赛中创造最高专项成绩。中长跑运动员赛前训练以最佳竞技状态为中心,以负荷量度变化为途径,重点突出专项耐力、专项速度耐力和专项速度节奏感的培养。因此赛前训练的时间长短、目标设置、训练内容和手段以及训练方案的具体安排是否合理、科学、有效,将直接影响运动员在重大比赛中专项成绩的发挥。
