目的 探讨外源性NO对海马不同区cGMP合成及分布差异。方法 应用免疫荧光组织化学染色方法。结果 硝普钠使海马本部放射层及分子层cGMP合成增加,cGMP主要分布在散在的细胞体及曲张的纤维中。齿状回与海马本部不同,多型细胞层的cGMP阳性细胞数量减少且强度变弱,较对照组增加了一些中、小圆型的cGMP阳性细胞分布在齿状回各层。结论 海马本部与齿状回部对外源性NO的敏感性不同,两者可能存在着不同的信号传递系统。
Objective To investigate the differences of cGMP synthesis and distribution in exogenous NO in different hippocampus. Methods Immunofluorescence histochemical staining method. Results Sodium nitroprusside increased the cGMP synthesis in the radioactive layer and the molecular layer of hippocampus. The cGMP mainly distributed in scattered cell bodies and varicose fibers. Dentate gyrus and hippocampus different parts of the multi-type cell layer of cGMP-positive cells to reduce the intensity and weakened, compared with the control group increased some small round cGMP-positive cells distributed in the dentate gyrus layers. Conclusion The sensitivity of hippocampus and dentate gyrus to exogenous NO is different. There may exist different signaling systems between them.
