中国的房地产在人们生活水平不断提高的前提之下从初步阶段发展到成长阶段,人们越来越来重视自己的生活品质,因此居住环境问题变得越来越突出。但是,随着我国房地产业市场需求的不断变化,资金短缺成为目前该行业发展的最主要的困难。因此,为了迎接这一挑战,房地产企业必须强化自己的工程管理模式,这样才能够在保证品质的基础上,降低成本。文章从现代工程管理理论和房地产项目工程管理模式这两方面出发,对工程管理的进度、质量和成本的控制进行了详细的阐述。
Under the premise of continuous improvement of people’s living standard, China’s real estate has grown from the initial stage to the growth stage. People pay more and more attention to their own quality of life. Therefore, the living environment becomes more and more prominent. However, with the continuous changes in the real estate market demand in our country, the shortage of funds has become the most important difficulty in the development of the industry. Therefore, in order to meet this challenge, real estate enterprises must strengthen their own project management mode, so as to be able to reduce the cost on the basis of ensuring the quality. From the two aspects of modern project management theory and real estate project management model, this article elaborates on the progress of project management, quality and cost control.
