随着齿轮制造企业所加工齿轮产品的数量和种类的不断增多,齿轮滚刀库存量也日益增加。如何高效地利用现有库存滚刀成为齿轮制造企业越来越关注的问题。本文针对这一问题对库存滚刀选配及加工仿真系统的开发进行了探讨。该系统可以据被加工零件信息自动在滚刀数据库中选出合适的滚刀并在AutoCAD环境下对滚齿过程进行加工仿真,从而达到了快速准确地选用库存滚刀的目的,实现了库存滚刀的高效利用。
