2,3,7-三羟基-9-取代荧光酮类试剂在表面活性剂存在下,对锗、铌、钽等金属离子具有优良的分析性能。卢子良合成的3’,5’-二硝基水杨基荧光酮(简称DNSF)属此类试剂,已成功地用于铌、钽的测定。该试剂对锗的测定未见报道,本文研究了锗(Ⅳ)与DNSF的显色反应。结果表明,在溴化十六烷基三甲铵(简称CTMAB)存在下,DNSF与锗在1.75~3.0mol·L~(-1)的H_2SO_4介质中产生灵敏反应,络合物的最大吸收波长位于520nm处,其表观摩尔吸光系数达11.8×10~5,锗在0~6βg/25ml范围内遵守比耳定律。此试剂对锗的测定有较高的选择性,已查明三十多种离子的干扰情况,发现大部份常见元素均不干扰,若以H_2O。EDTA抗坏血酸为掩蔽剂,可不经分离直接
The 2,3,7-trihydroxy-9-substituted fluoroketone reagent has excellent analytical performance on metal ions such as germanium, niobium and tantalum in the presence of a surfactant. Lu Ziliang synthesis of 3 ’, 5’-dinitrosalicylfluorone (DNSF) is a kind of reagent, has been successfully used for the determination of niobium, tantalum. This reagent has not been reported for the determination of germanium. In this paper, the color reaction of germanium (Ⅳ) with DNSF was studied. The results showed that DNSF reacted with Germanium in 1.75-3.0 mol·L -1 H_2SO_4 medium in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB), the maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was at 520nm, the apparent molar absorptivity reaches 11.8 × 10 ~ 5, and germanium obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0 ~ 6βg / 25ml. The determination of germanium reagent has a high selectivity, has identified more than thirty kinds of ions interference and found that most of the common elements are not disturbed, if H_2O, EDTA ascorbic acid as masking agent, can be directly without isolation
