目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTPA)技术在肺动脉栓塞(PE)中的应用价值。方法:收集64排螺旋CT诊断肺动脉栓塞患者114例,图像后处理采用最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)、容积再现(VR)等方法显示肺动脉并分析其表现结果:114例患者CTA均显示肺栓塞的分布范围、栓塞部位及局部管腔狭窄程度,直接征象表现为肺动脉内充盈缺损,如中心性、偏心性或完全阻塞性;间接征象表现为肺动脉高压、中心肺动脉增宽、右心增大、胸腔积液、心包积液及肺梗死等。结论:64排螺旋CT血管造影技术能直观地显示肺动脉栓塞直接征象及间接征象,为临床提供了一种安全、快速、无创、准确的诊断手段。
Objective: To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTPA) in pulmonary embolism (PE). Methods: A total of 114 patients with pulmonary embolism diagnosed by 64-slice spiral CT were collected. Image postprocessing was performed with maximum density projection (MIP), multiplanar reorganization (MPR) and volume rendering (VR) CTA showed the distribution of pulmonary embolism, embolism and local stenosis, the direct signs of pulmonary embolism filling defects, such as central, eccentric or complete obstruction; indirect signs of pulmonary hypertension, central pulmonary artery widening, Right heart increased, pleural effusion, pericardial effusion and pulmonary infarction. Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT angiography can directly display the pulmonary thromboembolism and indirect signs, providing a safe, rapid, noninvasive and accurate diagnostic method for clinical diagnosis.
