学生的身体健康状况一直以来都是国家和党重视的问题,自新中国成立以来,为了提高学生的身体素质,保证学生的身体健康,国家颁布了一系列的有关政策和标准。在2014年,依据全国学生体质情况,又制定最新的《国家学生体质健康标准》,这些文件和标准都旨在促进学生进行体育锻炼。本文通过文献资料法和实验法等研究方法,探讨进行篮球训练后大学生体质测试指标变化,以揭示篮球训练对大学生体质的影响,进而指导大学进行科学化的健身,为提高大学生体质提供参考依据。
Since the founding of new China, in order to improve the physical quality of students and ensure the health of students, the state has promulgated a series of relevant policies and standards since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. In 2014, based on the physical conditions of students throughout the country, the latest National Standards for Physical Health of Students was also formulated, and these documents and standards are intended to promote students’ physical activity. In this paper, through literature and experiment and other research methods, this paper discusses the changes of college students ’physique test after basketball training to reveal the impact of basketball training on the physical fitness of college students, and then guides the university to carry on the scientific fitness and provides a reference for improving college students’ physique.
