目的:研究人参皂苷Rg1对四氧嘧啶致小鼠糖尿病的降糖作用。方法:采用小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型,在该模型上,以格列齐特为阳性对照,研究人参皂苷Rg1灌胃给药对糖尿病小鼠血糖、糖原和抗氧化酶的影响。结果:人参皂苷Rg1低剂量对糖尿病小鼠有明显的降糖作用,而对糖耐量没有明显的改善作用。此外,人参皂苷Rg1能促进肌糖原的合成,剂量依赖性地增加肝脏超氧化物歧化酶的活力。结论:人参皂苷Rg1在一定的剂量范围内能降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,显著提高SOD的活力,提示人参皂苷Rg1可能对糖尿病并发症有一定的防治作用。
Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on alloxan-induced diabetic mice. Methods: Alloxan-induced diabetic mice were injected into the tail vein of mice. On this model, gliclazide was used as a positive control to study the effects of ginsenoside Rg1 on blood glucose, glycogen and antioxidation in diabetic mice Effect of enzymes. Results: The low dose of ginsenoside Rg1 had obvious hypoglycemic effect on diabetic mice, but no significant improvement on glucose tolerance. In addition, ginsenoside Rg1 can promote the synthesis of muscle glycogen and increase the activity of liver superoxide dismutase in a dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSION: Ginsenoside Rg1 can reduce the blood sugar of diabetic mice and increase the activity of SOD significantly in a certain dose range, suggesting that ginsenoside Rg1 may have some preventive and therapeutic effects on diabetic complications.
