挖掘学生潜力,在教学中运用各种探究性教法、手段、模式,培养学生的创新意识,已是当今每个劳技教师思考与实践的课题。教师如何来挖掘学生潜力,在课堂45分钟内以最短、最有效的方法,最大限度地提高教学效率一直是大家纠结的问题。挖掘学生潜力的策略主要有:创设良好情境、平台,激发学生求知欲望;充分运用探究性教学对学生进行理论、实践、操作的学习与指导;研究并探究教材、教法,挖掘学生内在潜力;以正确的评价手段评价师生,共同完成教学目标。
To excavate the potential of students and to use various inquiry-based teaching methods, means and models to cultivate students’ innovative awareness has become a subject that every laborer today thinks and practices. How to tap the potential of teachers in the classroom 45 minutes in the shortest, most effective way to maximize the efficiency of teaching has always been a problem for everyone. The strategies to tap students’ potentials include: setting up a good situation and platform to stimulate students’ desire for knowledge; making full use of inquiry teaching to study and guide students’ theory, practice and operation; researching and exploring teaching materials and teaching methods; Evaluate teachers and students with the correct evaluation method and accomplish the teaching goal together.
