1实践社团的定义与构成要素实践社团(CommunityofPractice,缩写为CoP)由哈佛大学教授EtienneWenger在1998年正式提出,其他译法还包括知识社群、实务社群、实践社群等。实践社团就是有着同样的目标,同样的工作或者同样的兴趣的一群人,组成一个非正式的团体,通过在不断发展的基础上相互影响,就他们共同关注的问题进行讨论,从而促进知识共享,加深某一领域的知识和专业技术。实践社团在我们的生活中随处可见,但并不是所有社团组织都是实践社团。比如说,邻居通常可以被看作是一个社团,但他们不属于实践社团。Wenger在定义实践社团的时候,主要从三个角度去考虑。
