基于海底钻机的原位测试是一种新型的海底地层测试方式.结合“海牛号”60 m海底钻机的实际工况需求,研制一套以静力触探为技术基础的多功能原位测试仪,可以在水下2 000 m的海底实现对锥尖阻力、侧壁摩擦力、孔隙水压力、温度、电阻率和视频的原位信息采集.本文从测试方法、系统结构、探头传感器、数据采集等方面进行了详细介绍,现场试验显示多功能原位测试仪能够按照预定设计完成原位测试的全部功能,采集的数据与海床式静力触探系统对比具有极强的一致性.
In-situ testing based on submarine rig is a new type of submarine formation testing method.According to the actual working conditions of “Manatee ” 60 m subsea rig, a set of multi-functional in situ Tester, which can acquire the in situ information of conical tip resistance, sidewall friction, pore water pressure, temperature, resistivity and video under the sea floor of 2 000 m under water.The paper analyzes the testing methods, system structure, probe sensor, Data acquisition and other aspects were described in detail. The field tests showed that the multifunctional in-situ tester can perform all the functions of in-situ testing according to a predetermined design. The collected data have strong consistency with the seabed-type static probe system.
