在保证用户用电与用油成本持平、租赁公司年收益率与5年期贷款年利率持平的条件下,采用内部收益率法对电池租赁价格进行测算研究。以纯电动公交车为例,在不含充电基础设施投资成本和含充电基础设施投资成本2种情况下,给出了补贴全部给租赁公司,国家补贴给租赁公司、地方补贴给用户,以及补贴全部给用户3种方式的电池租赁价格和资金缺口测算结果。在燃油成本不变和上升30%这2种情况下,给出了电池租赁价格和资金缺口与电池价格下降比例之间的关系曲线。以测算数据为依据,经过分析对比,给出了电池租赁的建议性方案。
Under the condition of guaranteeing that the users’ electricity and oil costs are kept flat, the annual rate of return of the leasing company is kept flat with the annual interest rate of the 5-year loan, the internal rate of return method is adopted to calculate the leasing price of the battery.
