为满足椭圆活塞数控车削对伺服系统的快速性要求,基于模糊数学理论设计了一类自校正PID控制器,该控制器通过模糊推理来实现控制器参数的实时优化,从而实现过程的自适应控制,在实际应用中,参数优化过程即模糊推理过程,它是通过查表来实现的,因而算法实现简单、占用CPU时间短。在直线电机伺服系统中应用该控制器,实验取得了令人满意的效果。
In order to meet the requirement of fast servo system for CNC turning of elliptical piston, a kind of self-tuning PID controller is designed based on fuzzy mathematics theory. The controller realizes the real-time optimization of controller parameters through fuzzy inference, so as to realize the adaptive control of the process In practical application, the process of parameter optimization is fuzzy inference. It is realized through look-up table, so the algorithm is easy to implement and consumes a short amount of CPU time. In the linear motor servo system, the controller has been used and the experiment has achieved satisfactory results.
