以《问政企业文化》为题,循着生产力和人类社会文明进步的历史,论证生产方式和社会制度的进步,是紧紧围绕着“进一步解放生产力”这一主题,而不断发展的规律。企业文化,一方面受自身追求生存、追求利润和利润最大化的内生原动力驱动;另一方面,还受社会解决就业、维护社会稳定和遵守法律法规等外部要求的约束限制。所以,企业文化的出发地和落脚点,以及最终的归属,都应该是适应自然、改造自然,与自然和谐共生共赢的文化。《问政企业文化》对企业具有指导性作用。
Following the theme of “asking the government and enterprises for culture” and following the history of the productive forces and the progress of civilizations in human society, we can argue that progress in the mode of production and social system closely follows the theme of “further emancipating the productive forces” and is constantly evolving law. Corporate culture, on the one hand, is driven by its own endogenous motive force for pursuing survival and pursuing profit and profit maximization; on the other hand, it is also subject to the restrictions imposed by society on external requirements such as employment, social stability and compliance with laws and regulations. Therefore, the starting point and ending point of corporate culture, as well as the ultimate ownership, should be adapted to nature, transform nature, and the natural harmony and win-win culture. “Ask the political and corporate culture” has a guiding role for enterprises.
