KVITEBJΦRN油田是高温高压凝析气田,油层位于中侏罗纪BRENT组和下侏罗纪的砂岩中,经过几年的开采,地层压力亏空严重,造成井下情况复杂,无法进行钻井作业。为此,采用了以控制压力钻井为主的多项综合技术,较好地解决了井下钻井压力窗口窄小的难题。控制压力钻井是利用较低的钻井液密度和地面控制回压装置来调整井下压力的一项技术,能精确地控制井底压力接近或稍大于最大地层孔隙压力。同时采用支持该技术的其他配套技术:钻井液技术、不间断循环技术等,以适应高温高压环境,为钻井作业创造了一个安全的环境。该技术成功应用于KVITEBJΦRN油田的后续2口井。
KVITEBJΦRN field is a high-temperature and high-pressure gas condensate gas field. The oil layer is located in the Middle Jurassic BRENT Formation and Lower Jurassic sandstone. After several years of mining, the formation pressure has a serious deficit, resulting in complicated underground conditions and drilling operations. For this reason, a number of comprehensive technologies that mainly control pressure drilling are adopted, which solves the problem of narrow drilling pressure window in the well. Controlled pressure drilling is a technique that uses lower drilling fluid density and ground control back pressure to adjust downhole pressure to precisely control bottomhole pressure to be near or slightly above the maximum pore pressure. At the same time using other supporting technologies supporting the technology: drilling fluid technology, continuous cycle technology to meet the high temperature and pressure environment, for drilling operations to create a safe environment. The technology was successfully applied to the next two wells in the KVITEBJΦRN field.
