当前我国高度重视媒体文化的发展与管理,在传媒业蓬勃发展的今天,媒体融合的潮流逐渐加快。国家为保证文化建设的顺利改革,积极推动以“三网融合”为代表的媒体融合改革行动,对传媒行业的人才管理战略带来了重大影响。人才管理是企业管理的基石,也是企业创新与发展中的重要环节。笔者结合自身工作经验,对媒体融合时代下传媒人才的管理战略进行了阐述和分析,希望推动媒体融合背景下的传媒人才的科学化管理。
At present, our country attaches great importance to the development and management of media and culture. As the media industry thrives today, the trend of media convergence has gradually accelerated. In order to ensure the smooth reform of cultural construction, the state actively promoted the media convergence reform represented by “triple play”, which has had a significant impact on the talent management strategy of the media industry. Talent management is the cornerstone of business management, but also an important part of business innovation and development. Based on my own work experience, the author elaborates and analyzes the management strategy of media talents in media convergence era, hoping to promote the scientific management of media talents in the context of media convergence.
