当前,一些企业在寻找发展、振兴的出路时,片面认为企业效益低下,主要原因是富余人员太多,困难太重;只有分流富余人员,企业才会振兴。分流富余人员,本是改革的有力举措,效果应该是积极的。怕就怕只改革到这一步,而没有找准根本的问题。
At present, some companies are eager to find a way out for development and revitalization. They unilaterally believe that corporate profits are low. The main reason is that there are too many redundant employees and the difficulties are too heavy. Only by diverting surplus personnel can companies be rejuvenated.
